How to get into a good guild or group in Warhammer and other MMORPGs

Most of you guys who just started playing Warhammer Online or MMORPGs in general are probably facing a difficult time getting into a good group or guild. Well most of them intend not to pug (pick up group). Mainly because there are a lot of nubs that does not know what their doing and offers little to no contribution into the group. In Warhammer specifically, players would rather only run guild groups because they are leveling their guild as well.  They also rather group with players whom they know are pros because the games primary focus is RvR. RPs should be good as well as survivability and kill count.

Now that you understand how to play your role in a group, how do you get into these groups? It’s really a matter of luck and if the good groups/guilds are desparate enough to take on a pug. Generally, you should keep these thoughts in mind while you playing the game.It is essential that each player knows how to properly play its own class accordingly. Tanks should always be in the front line as bait, MA and picking off the enemies support classes. Casters and melee DPs should be assisting the MA as well as protecting their support. Casters and healers should also know how to kite and prekite properly. Run to your group who can help and not towards the enemies or out of range from heals. If you’re a flimsy class, (healers and casters) should always be in the back line. These are just basics of placements as well as play styles, every scenario should be played accordingly.
