Keg End Started on Warhammer Online

With New Year's only a few weeks away, Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning started a new in-game festival called Keg End. The description around Keg End is that "Dwarfs drain their old barrels and casks in hopes of good fortune and better brews in the New Year." What it means for WAR players is that specialty enemies will be around to kill, and a specialty item can be found on battlefields.Keg End introduces a new emote- /boast (of course) for you to fire off at your adversaries. Make sure you set it to macro because there are rewards to be gained if you do it just right. You can also grab a free beer and /toast your comrades in arms to receive special unlocks.

Ogres are now roaming the land that can give specialty loot if killed. Also, any snotlilngs that a play finds and kills may also have special brews available while looting. On the battlefield, however, players can find the Golden Stein that grants extra buffs once picked up. The Golden Stein will spawn at random locations on the battlefield. A new emote have also been added during this event, /boast, to boast over players killed. This emote is used in some of the event specific quests available to complete.
