One of the biggest draws to WAR for me has always been the promise of leveling entirely from Player vs. Player (PvP) combat. Through many phases of beta, I focused on doing just that and I am incredibly happy to report that it is indeed possible.

Slaying enemy players yields a decent amount of XP on its own - the XP gains from slaying an enemy player are approximately XXX times more than slaying a NPC monster of equivalent level. In addition to normal XP gains, there are many PvP-specific quests available and they are often repeatable. Some examples:

- Participate in a certain scenario.
- Kill an enemy player within a specified area.
- Kill five enemy players.
- Capture and secure a certain battle objective.
