Warhammer Zone Structure

The majority of the time, the two factions are split into two different PvE areas. The two PvE areas are often split up by geographical barriers or RvR areas.

There are numerous chapter hubs throughout the zones that provide basic needs, such as trainers and merchants. The warcamp, generally found bordering the RvR area, is the central point of civilization in each zone. Here players can access Renown

Trainers, Renown Vendors, and most importantly Flight Masters. Warcamps are also a central location to pick up RvR based quests.

Many tiers follow this type of Warhammer zone structure, however Mythic throws us a curve ball now and again. Many of the Empire v. Chaos tiers criss-cross paths as seen here in Norsca and Nordland. With this type of zone structure, it is quite likely that you will encounter an opposing player in a PvE area and be faced with a decision on what to do.

The Greenskin v. Dwarf battlefront throws more wrenches into the machine. Many zones are built with RvR lakes mixed in.

Enemy players may travel over to the opposing PvE area, however, the bulk of quests, public quests, and other pve content is in their own PvE area. There is, however, some hidden content and many Tome Unlocks available in the opposing faction's PvE area.
