You can learn Lores like in Warhammer.

Lores you can found from Warhammer Core book, and/or in Realms of Sorcery. There’s one different though, you need to learn each spell separately. If you are Hedge Wizard you may not have Channeling at all (because you have not gotten any education or you are not experienced and tested your talent enough) and then you are more sensitive to chaos and Tzeentch’s Curse. When casting warhammer spells you roll Magic+Channeling and try get Height result equal or over spell Intensity. If you are not Hedge Wizard, you need to have Arcane Language: Magick to cast warhammer spells.

Non-spell casting characters can also have Intuition or Magical sense under Sense stat. In this case, you can only see or sense The Winds of Magic (in worst case you see swirling colours all the time or some auras over the people, and go mad) . If you have Magic stat, you can cast spells warhammer using the Channeling skill.So if you know Divine Lore: Sigmar you can buy spells from it during the character creation or learn later during the game. Each spell has Intensity Score (convert Warhammer spell’s Casting Number) and Casting Time. The higher the Intensity warhammer spell has, there more powerful and harder to cast it is. And like in Warhammer, you can use Ingredients. They give you bonus dice to Channeling.
